super amazing customer service! ive ordered from them 5 or so times, and every time the box arrives on time in perfect condition with an awesome free card and sticker. i requested an oddish sticker and despite not having one, he sent a ditto sticker with a card reading "ditto used transform!" and a cute drawing of oddish. amazing personal touch, will definitely order again!
