Great company, arrived on time, even received a couple of freebies and a hand written thanks note which I thought was a lovely touch, would much rather spend my money buying from smaller businesses like this who clearly appreciate their customers rather than the alternative. I pre ordered this item at a certain price and you were kind enough to refund the difference after the price was lowered before release (without asking my I say) And I think in the difficult time we are in right now as collectors that really makes the difference
Been in contact with Alex, a few times regarding some trades and a recent purchase of a booster box, I originally paid full price which at the time was around £110 as the market changed the price dropped I received a lovely email that this reflection would be applied to me which was incredible! 10/10 service will 00% use again!
