The Chase Club Members' Monthly Draw: Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter is The Chase Club Ltd (company no. 16218258), registered office: 140 Tolworth Broadway, Surbiton, KT6 7HT, trading at thechase.club ("we"/"us").
  2. Nature of the draw. The Members' Monthly Draw is a free promotional benefit provided to members of The Chase Club membership programme. Membership fees are charged for the membership benefits (free shipping, points and discounts) and do not constitute payment to enter the draw. Entries arise from purchases made at our normal retail prices; no additional payment is required or accepted for entry.
  3. Eligibility. Open to active members of the membership programme aged 18 or over. One membership account per person. Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate households are excluded.
  4. Entry.
    1. Members are entered automatically; no action is required.
    2. Entries accrue on qualifying spend during the calendar month: one entry per full £25 of qualifying spend, multiplied by the member's tier multiplier (as published on the membership page). Spend is pooled across all orders in the month.
    3. Qualifying spend is spend on products (excluding shipping and membership fees) on orders that have not been cancelled or refunded before the draw date. Refunds reduce qualifying spend and the entries derived from it.
    4. Membership must be active (not cancelled, lapsed or paused) at the draw date.
    5. Maximum 30 entries per member per month.
  5. The prize.
    1. Each month's prize is described on the membership page before the start of that month's entry period.
    2. No cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
    3. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
    4. The prize is shipped free of charge to the winner's address on file.
  6. The draw and winner notification.
    1. The winner is selected by random draw, weighted by entries, within 7 days of the end of the calendar month.
    2. The winner is notified by email to their account address within 7 days of the draw and must claim the prize within 14 days of notification, failing which we may redraw.
    3. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, save as required by law.
  7. Winner publicity. We will make available on request the surname and county of the winner. Winners may object to this by contacting alex@thechase.club before the end of the month following the draw; we may nonetheless provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required. Any wider publicity (e.g. social media) is with the winner's consent only.
  8. Premium draw. Where a tier includes access to an additional premium draw, these terms apply equally to that draw.
  9. Fair play. We may withhold entry or prizes where we reasonably believe an account has been operated fraudulently, abusively, or to circumvent these terms (including splitting orders solely to generate entries or operating multiple accounts).
  10. General.
    1. We may amend these terms or withdraw the draw as a membership benefit on reasonable notice; changes do not affect a draw whose entry period has already begun.
    2. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    3. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
