The Chase Club Membership: Terms & Conditions

  1. Who we are. The Chase Club Ltd (company no. 16218258), registered office: 140 Tolworth Broadway, Surbiton, KT6 7HT, trading at thechase.club ("we"/"us"). Contact: alex@thechase.club.
  2. The membership. A paid subscription (monthly or annual) in three tiers. The benefits of each tier are as published on the membership page. Members must be 18 or over. One membership per person.
  3. Billing and renewal.
    1. Memberships renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled, charged to your saved payment method.
    2. If a renewal payment fails we will retry over the following days and email you to update your payment method. Benefits are suspended if payment remains outstanding 7 days after the renewal date, and the membership is cancelled if payment is not made within 14 days.
    3. Prices include VAT.
  4. Founding rate. Members who join during the founding period keep their joining price for as long as their membership remains continuously active (including upgrades — the founding discount carries). If your membership is cancelled or lapses through non-payment, the founding rate is lost and rejoining is at the then-current list price.
  5. Cancelling, pausing and changing tier.
    1. You may cancel at any time from the membership page; your benefits continue until the end of the period you have paid for. No partial-period refunds, except where required by law.
    2. Statutory cooling-off: you may cancel within 14 days of first joining. Your benefits begin immediately on joining, at your request; if you cancel within the cooling-off period we will refund your payment less a proportionate deduction for benefits already used.
    3. You may pause your membership up to twice in any 12-month period. While paused: no billing, no benefits, no points earning. Your founding rate is preserved while paused.
    4. Tier changes take effect at your next renewal.
  6. Points.
    1. Points accrue on qualifying purchases at the rates published on the membership page. Earn rates vary by product and tier and may change; points already earned are unaffected by rate changes.
    2. Points convert to store credit at 1,000 points = £1, redeemable from 1,000 points, via the membership dashboard. Store credit is spent at checkout like any payment method.
    3. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be bought.
    4. Points are deducted proportionally if an order that earned them is refunded. If those points have already been converted to store credit, we may deduct the corresponding value from the refund or from your store credit balance.
    5. If your membership ends (cancellation or lapse), unredeemed points expire 90 days after the end date. Rejoining within those 90 days preserves them.
    6. Where a members-only redemption shop is offered, items may be claimed with points at the listed points price, while stocks last; claimed items are not exchangeable for cash or credit.
  7. Favourite Pokémon discount. Chosen once at signup and permanent for the life of the membership. The discount applies to products featuring any Pokémon in the chosen Pokémon's evolution line, at the percentage published for your tier. We determine which products qualify.
  8. Free shipping. Applies to the shipping service(s) published for your tier, to UK addresses, with no minimum order. Upgraded services remain chargeable where not included in your tier.
  9. Monthly draw. Separate terms apply — see the Members' Monthly Draw Terms & Conditions.
  10. Fair use. We may suspend or cancel a membership operated fraudulently or abusively (including multiple accounts or resale of member benefits), refunding any unused period.
  11. Changes. We may improve, amend or withdraw individual benefits, or amend these terms, on reasonable notice (at least 30 days for material changes). The founding-rate promise in clause 4 will not be withdrawn for existing continuous memberships. If you don't accept a material change you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period.
  12. General. Personal data (including date of birth, collected for age verification and for any birthday benefit we may introduce) is processed per our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
